However you work with children and families, there is a way in.

Membership means something different depending on who you are. Here is what it means for you.

Families and children together

For local organizations

You already do this work. Here is how to do it together.

Joining Child Impact Hub does not change who you are. You keep your own legal identity, your own strategy, your own funding. What changes is what you gain access to: shared practice, shared learning, and a joint voice in rooms your organization could not enter alone.

Five ways to contribute — held as equal

  • Direct work with children, families, and communities — the foundation, not a secondary contribution.
  • What you have learned — what works, what fails, and why.
  • Systems and policy work — care reform, child protection systems, advocacy.
  • Time for shared governance — helping design how this community works.
  • Funding — one way to contribute among five, never the main measure of standing.

What you keep

Full independence. Membership creates no employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship — you remain accountable for your own work, in your own country.

What is expected

A shared commitment to child rights, to the joint safeguarding protocol, and to being open about how you work.

For funders and investors

Fund through locally governed infrastructure.

When capital moves through a community built and held by local organizations, it reaches families faster — and stays accountable to the people it is meant to serve.

A current call for proposals is open now, funding child protection, care reform, and humanitarian programmes.

For researchers and partners

Evidence that drives better outcomes.

Join a network of practitioners generating local evidence — what works, where, and why — and use it to shape research and policy that holds up in the real world.

Explore partnerships

For advocates and allies

Help build a sector where local leaders hold the centre.

Stay informed, share what this community is building, and help create the conditions for locally led organizations to lead.
